OKEECHOBEE — The former head of the Okeechobee Rehabilitation Facility has been arrested for allegedly falsifying Medicaid claims that total over $30,000. Nancy Marie Zeigler, 53, turned herself in at the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) at 7:15 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24.
